Accessing or using rm99a constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
rm99a is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false age information to access rm99a is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one rm99a account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and subject to closure, with balances forfeited where bonus funds are present.
Exploitation of software errors, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or any form of fraudulent betting pattern will result in void wagers and account suspension.
rm99a may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.
rm99a reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Use of the rm99a Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
2.2 rm99a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of rm99a and its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners are not eligible to hold a Member account and participate in real-money wagering.
3.1 Each eligible individual may register one (1) rm99a account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. rm99a will rely on this information to verify identity, process payments, and communicate with Members. Providing false registration details, including but not limited to a fictitious name or date of birth, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Members are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials. rm99a will never request your password. Any unauthorised access to your rm99a account must be reported immediately by contacting rm99a support. rm99a will not be held liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login details.
3.4 rm99a reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its absolute discretion, including where rm99a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
4.1 The rm99a Wallet operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. Where a Member uses a payment method that involves currency conversion, the Member accepts any applicable conversion fees or rate variances.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set as published on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. rm99a processes withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified method in the Member's name.
4.3 rm99a accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. rm99a is not responsible for third-party fees or delays imposed by payment service providers.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, which rm99a may conduct at any time. Members with pending verification requests must complete this process before withdrawals are released. Funds may not be withdrawn from a Wallet where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent deposit activity.
4.5 rm99a reserves the right to impose a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Such limits, where applicable, will be displayed in the Member's account settings. VIP members may be subject to elevated withdrawal limits as per the applicable VIP programme terms.
5.1 All wagers placed on the rm99a Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, Live Game, or Lottery). Product-specific rules are published on the relevant product pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member, except where rm99a expressly permits cash-out or edit bet functionality on specific markets. Confirmation of a bet constitutes a binding contractual commitment on the part of the Member.
5.3 rm99a reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, at odds or terms that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, or in circumstances where rm99a has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, collusion, or insider information. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
5.4 rm99a shall have final authority in the settlement of all disputed wagers. The outcome declared by rm99a following a review of available evidence shall be conclusive and binding on the Member.
6.1 rm99a may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, rebates, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the promotion detail page and take precedence over these General Terms where there is a conflict.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to a Member's Wallet only after any applicable minimum deposit condition is met. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
6.3 rm99a reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirement outstanding at the time of cancellation will be void and the associated bonus balance may be removed from the Member's Wallet.
6.4 Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, betting on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms, will result in void bonuses and may result in account closure.
7.1 Members must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the rm99a Platform:
7.2 rm99a cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where rm99a suspects or identifies prohibited conduct, it will freeze the relevant account, retain funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
8.1 All content on the rm99a Platform — including but not limited to the rm99a brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, layouts, data feeds, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of rm99a or its licensed third-party content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or incorporated into any other work without the prior written consent of rm99a.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of Platform content.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm99a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rm99a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 rm99a shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond rm99a's reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, regulatory interventions, or force majeure events.
9.3 rm99a's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 rm99a is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Members are encouraged to view gaming as a form of entertainment and to wager only within their financial means. rm99a provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every account:
10.2 Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings, or to contact rm99a support to activate a cooling-off period immediately. rm99a will act on such requests without delay. 10.3 rm99a strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
11.1 Members may request closure of their rm99a account at any time by contacting rm99a support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.
11.2 rm99a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where a Member has breached these Terms, where rm99a has grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or where rm99a determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
11.3 Where an account is closed by rm99a due to a breach of these Terms, rm99a reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, where applicable, winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their applicable wagering requirements.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rm99a's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rm99a's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified by rm99a's licensing authority.
12.2 Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that a Member may have under the laws of their country of residence.
13.1 rm99a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, rm99a will provide reasonable notice by email or by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where a more immediate change is required by law or by the direction of a regulatory authority.
13.2 A Member's continued use of the rm99a Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14.2 rm99a aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction through rm99a's internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
14.3 These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 June 2026. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
